This policy explains the account and device information TradeMind stores to provide sign-in, charts, signals and notifications.
For email accounts, TradeMind stores your email address, username and a one-way password hash. For Google sign-in, it stores your Google account identifier and verified email. It also stores sign-in session hashes, accepted policy version, password-reset token hashes while active, and push-notification subscription details for devices you register.
We use this information to authenticate you, keep your session active, deliver password-reset messages, connect your chosen device to signal notifications, and operate the service. Passwords and raw reset tokens are not stored.
Account data is kept while the account is active. Session and reset credentials expire or are removed when no longer valid. Access is limited through server-side authentication; passwords are hashed before storage. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
You may sign out at any time. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, contact TradeMind support on Telegram.
TradeMind uses Google for optional sign-in, an email provider for password-reset delivery, Render for hosting, and external market-data providers for charts and live order flow. Those providers process information as needed to provide their services.
